How it works: every hour a job pulls OpenAI's /v1/models and OpenRouter's public cross-provider catalog (~430 models from 40+ providers, including every Anthropic Claude model) and diffs them against the last run. A model ID that wasn't there before is a release, full stop — no keyword guessing. RSS from OpenAI, Google AI, DeepMind and Hugging Face covers the announcement side. Anthropic publishes no feed, so Claude releases are caught via the catalog.
